Gina Buono, Director
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I have worked as a Head Teacher and Director of three other preschools over the past 25 years, taking a few years off in between to raise my son. My son attended Blessed Beginnings for preschool and kindergarten.
Carol Kirschenbaum, Early Childhood Education Consultant
I am one of the founders of Blessed Beginnings and I was the first director of the school and was the three year old teacher for many years. In 1999, I assumed the role of Early Childhood Education Consultant. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, journalism and business from The University of Iowa, an MS in Early Childhood Education and an added specialization in Special Education from Bank Street College of Education in NYC. In addition, I have masters credits towards School Administration.
Denise Ayrey, Pre-K Teacher
I have been teaching at Blessed Beginnings since 1997. I received my B.S. in Psychology and my Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
Jamie Clapa, Four Year Old Teacher
I have been teaching at Blessed Beginnings since 2003, and have attained my Child Development Associate certificate.
Nancy Lloyd, Four Year Old Teacher
I joined the Blessed Beginnings staff in 2018. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and have a Teacher of the Handicapped certification. I have thirteen years teaching experience and have taught in both public and private schools. My son and daughter both attended Blessed Beginnings.
Pam Polak, Year to Grow Teacher
I moved to Sparta from Union County in 2017 and joined the Blessed Beginnings family as a teacher's assistant in the 4 year old class. Currently, I am a teacher in the Year to Grow class. I have 14 years teaching experience and truly love what I do.
Terri Scheri, Pre-K Teacher
I hold a Master of Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The College of New Jersey. I have earned The Child Development Associate. I have been involved with Blessed Beginnings for several years while serving on the Board of Directors and working with the Four Year Old and Year to Grow classes. My current position is co-teacher of the Pre-K class.
Tammy Toscano, Year to Grow Teacher
I have been teaching at Blessed Beginnings since 2004, initially as an aide and now as a teacher in the Year to Grow program. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. My son, Benjamin, completed four years at Blessed Beginnings, including kindergarten.
At Blessed Beginnings, children are taught Christian values, focussing on Jesus' love for all people through his gift of Salvation.
Our programs provide a sound educational experience, supported and enhanced by a Christian atmosphere, where each child's intellectual, physical, social emotional and spiritual development are nurtured.
